UPS and Federal Express shipments are restricted to California and states reciprocal with California. Non-California residents are responsible for determining whether they may lawfully import alcoholic beverages into their state. Online Cellars makes no representation relative to your right to import wine or spirits into your state. Each state has its own rules about alcoholic beverages. You may want to check with the appropriate agency in your state or county. If, between the date of order and date of arrival, the laws of your state change so as to make it illegal for you to import your shipment, you can return your order to Online Cellars for a full refund.

Regardless of your state, you must be 21 years of age to order alcoholic beverages. Additionally, all shipments of alcoholic beverages within the United States require an adult's signature at the time of delivery. Also please note: Any shipments containing alcoholic beverages are sent with an "Adult Signature Required" sticker, and the common carrier that delivers our merchandise is required to ask and check for identification upon delivery. This means that you will have to be present at the time of delivery.

Please Note: Shipping weight on the product page is based on the average weight of a 750ml bottle of wine with packaging materials. The actual shipping weight of each order may varry.

We ship by ground or air or optionally you may schedule a time to pick up your wines at our store in Napa by calling us at (707) 258-1545 and scheduling an appointment. Our prices include packaging materials. Insurance may be available for an additional charge. We attempt to ship wines at the beginning of each week in order to get shipments to you before the weekend. This is because we have no control over the temperature conditions at our freight carriers' warehouses. The result may be that your shipment doesn't go out the day that you place an order. Please understand that during business hours, your orders are immediately packaged and scheduled for delivery, but may be delayed until ideal conditions for shipment arise. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be received.
